Cheap Ralph Lauren includes reports filed by case
The english care worker had a colonial bias The english care worker had a
colonial bias Magne brun is a norwegian human rights lawyer and activist who has
had several run ins with the nation's child welfare service(Cws). He specialises
in the event of autism, especially where the cws did not have the child tested
and ascribed its difficulties to the home environment. The dossier contains a
description of the family and its problems and Cheap Ralph Lauren includes reports filed
by case workers and individuals over a five month period starting november 2010,
before may 2011, when the youngsters were taken into care. Don't start with the
second part the cws' conclusions and arguments after your children were
taken. You start with part one, the right away reports. One must which in law, the
immediately recorded testimony is generally reportedly the most accurate. If a
witness files a second report further on in time, then they are bound to have
been influenced by his or her own conclusions, what that person has read or
heard. So the reports filed later are generally considered less accurate than
instant on the scene reports. But how exactly does one get clarity through this
maze of reports? So when you've got the general picture and the specifics of the
case as seen by the cws, shop at the arguments as presented to the county
committee on social affairs. Also, there is the arguments made by the
cws(Individuals party)And the oldsters(The sensitive party)And then finally you
turn to the three court decisions to get a sense of your whole case.So you read
the arguments of the parents and try to discover why the first court verdict
went in their favour and why the second went in the cws's favour. And if you
connect the first verdict to the evidence http://www.tccomm.co.uk/women-s.html
you have in part one of the dossier, and you connect the second call to the
second part, you employ a picture of what changed and how that was presented to
the court. So what do you see website? In the other half, you see that the case
has been focused. The documents after the youngsters were taken are more
accusatory and more critical of the parents in the interim period especially
from may to november 2011, after in this way were taken. The first court
award:N't any emergency.Send your kids home.Cws decided to appeal that verdict
and in a position win that appeal, it heightened its accusations which one finds
in the second half of the document. What does the cws claim it did for the
mother and father? What concrete guidelines did it take or fail to take? The
document says the cws claims it gave the oldsters help and did all in its power
to help. But since i see this Ralph Lauren Cheap Sale list on page 13,
i want to find out how much help and what kind of help has been given. And this
is also where language and culture come into play.It is way too a hardship on a
norwegian social worker to go into an indian or kenyan or moroccan family than
going into a norwegian family.Because care workers must be aware of the cultural
distinction between norwegians and others before they go in, otherwise
communication will be impaired and there will be insecurity.Parents are
threatened they can lose their kids, and parents become defensive and very
aggressive toward the the children's nursery workers. Do you see a clear
cultural disbelief in this case? The everyday terms care worker mrs
middleton[searched by the cws] had a colonial bias and that are a few things we
see often. That is something i have often tried to explain to the courts. The
child services see individual as neutral, clear, as only watchers. They're seen
as evil, difficult to, challenging to predict, impossible to trust and when they
enter the family arena the family is negatively affected by getting around,
filming items, telling how their lives needs to ne organised. So what should be
friendly advice and genuine help to a family in distress becomes chaos and
catastrophe and increases the family's weeknesses and also its negativism. What
if anything in the report by mrs middleton which shocks you? Now if i check out
the report by mrs middleton, the lady the pair disliked, the first comment that
we ask her about:Family has no car which are the father spend a lot of time to
and from work. This has affected how long he has been able to prioritise the
guidance. She is implying that it is his fault that he is on the bus back and
forth to work and also that he does not take the family situation seriously. This
is an unjustifiably negative and loaded way of describing the situation and it
is wrong to put it that way.It doesn't stop here say anything about
priorities.Middleton declares:Father does not discover how important i am.She
appears offended by that and she makes a point of making the father look
inadequate in terms of his priorities for your loved ones.I would say the
oldsters do not recognise themselves in how they are presented here. Where
exactly what say the cws went wrong in tccomm the bhattacharya case? The cws
made four most important mistakes.First, this hadn't extend all the support it
could have done.Second, it removed the youngsters by deception, by saying there
was when you need it situation when in fact there was no emergency.Third, the
cws refused to accept the first county committee decision and kept the kids in
care and did not hand them back. And finally it focused their case, aggravated
the charges against the parents to buy the verdict it wanted. At some point the
cws says the talks about finding comfort india. That has to be unfortunate.I
suspect the cws moved in and made it a disastrous situation because it was
afraid the family would pack up and go home.Because i cannot see any emergency
situation nor could the court.Making this a clear case of over reach by the cws.
What are the other facts that strike you? Confident, outlined factors too. They
started checking the boy's condition at the hospital and then they stopped. The
cws said it felt his condition was due to the home situation but they actually
do not know.He has been three, he constantly bangs his head and he doesn't
speak. Then it makes remarks that are immaterial:All the time he sleeps in his
father's bed or that he has too few toys. But obviously the boy has to be reached
in a way, you have kid penetrate and get through to him.In addition to[claim]
drastically with the mother who freaks out the boy.She gurus, starts screaming
and then she terrorises him and freaks him out. Then when a boy does that, you
have to enquire of yourself why, and you have to look at all techniques genetic
or hereditary or a wrong gene or borderline neurological disturbance. Did the
cws do all that it was should do, in medical terms, in order to get an accurate
research into the boy's problems? I don't believe so.Because in the event the
cws came in, it stopped the medical tests. That strikes me to be strange.A three
yr old child, such practices and no language. And will not be any signs of
qualified abuse no bruises, no porn abuse etc.So damages, the boy brings onto
themselves. And the cws theory about why he does that to himself may mom lacks
affection or fails to connect or understand him. When you are three and you've
got no language, there are strong evidences of a disorder like autism. What few
facts we have about the attitude of the mother with regard to son would raise
red flags even with me.Has no one in india ever witnessed a case of a mother on
an emotional level rejecting one of her children? Are indian moms and dads never
negligent?Autistic kids are not always easily understood or accepted in indian
families, even on holiday, and anger and aggression often masquerades as
technique from a parent toward their autistic child and toward the world.Along
with, there exists a clear case of cultural barriers here:The model of the cws
works best for norway. It is uable to appreciate the nuances of an indian
family. This is simply not about indians vs.Men and women; That has to be too easy
a move(Mamata, anyone? ).The needs of the children are at stake. The hindu
possess do some digging:Was the mother evaluated for her over emotional
state?Specifically did she do to the boy? Wrote on:Scar 24, 2012 to be found
located on 12:18 IST I think all the trouble arose because neither side tried to
recognise the cultural differences, outlook and demand between an indian and
norwegian parental input. For a woman who was happily married, and new in abroad
with no relatable aspects, and a husband spending so much time to establish
himself, the only support and company could be children. In indian individuals,
loud noises, open words of emotions, families sleeping with, ingesting with bare
hands, are all natural and in-Born, quite using spoons, a scheduled, stiff upper
lip attitude and distinct boundaries set between those, even as young as a baby
are completely in-Born in norwegian households. What astonishes me was that
something as blalantly apparent as a cultural difference was unseen by the cws,
and no effort was made whatsoever in order to the parents at all.
